About Randy Woodruff
Randy entered into the mortgage industry in late 1986 as a loan officer to gain experience in the industry. In Feb.1988, he was promoted to sales manager, by July of that year. With a goal of providing customer service. Randy increased the staff from five to 26 loan officers, achieving a sales production that established a new monthly company record of 95 transactions and $21 million dollars.
As a result, Randy was then promoted to a Vice-President position. In November of 1988, Randy and his brother started a mortgage company and in the first year, achieved sales of $53 million. He received letters of recommendation from many clients. One investor, First Franklin Financial, stated that their personal production placed them at the top 4% of company volume in sales for the year.
Randy is also a Real Estate Instructor, teaching Real Estate Brokers at Abdill Real Estate Schools.
And most importantly,Randy has over a decade of experience to expedite the loan process efficiently.
